1954 Lyman 15 Outboard/Runabout 32373
Completely redone last winter. Hull stripped, plank seams cleaned out, re-caulked with 3m 5200. Primed with Pettit, topcoated with Easypoxy semi-gloss. Bottom painted with Pettit hard racing copper bronze, with a 1 inch red boot stripe. On top, new mahogany marine plwood deck and gunwales. All wood stripped and refinished with Pettit stain and captains varnish. Bilge refinished with Lyman sand tan. New bilge pump, new h-bird 325 fishinder, new bow light, new bimini top and new step plates. Rest of chome in good condition. Has original full cover. 1955 Evinrude aquasonic,electric/pull start, remote steer. Tee-Nee trailer with new tires in otherwise unrestored condition. Restored pressurized gas tank. 1958, 16 1/2ft Lyman for sale with a 1956 30hp Electric Start Johnson. 1961 Lyman 18 Outboard/Runabout
It is a show stopper! This is exactly what our 1961 18ft Lyman is with the newly tuned 1961 twin 40hp Lark Evinrudes. This boat has new red canvas and cushions plus two 1961 refinished folding wooden boat chairs with red matching backs and seats � eye-stopping! Our boat, with its nearly 7ft beam and built in 25gal stainless gas tank has a whole lot of people space, hence the antique deck chairs. Everything on the boat is new or in excellent condition: new windshield, new transom, new decks. Sandstone colored Nautolex covers all floor boards for non-skid and easy cleaning. All seats are new solid mahogany with many coats of varnish. All chrome is either new or has been re-chromed. A new single cable steering system has been installed, a Teleflex no feedback system. The motors also have new starters for easy touch starting. The original launching trailer has been re-wired and painted red to match the color of the canvas, and tows great. 1966 Lyman 18 Outboard/Runabout
Two year restoration project, boat was completely taken down to bare wood and restained and multiple coats of varnish and paint applied. The motor is the original 60hp Johnson that I had rebuilt while the boat was being done. I purchased the boat in 2007 from the original owner, I have all original paper work including the bill of sale from 1966. I had the trailer sand blasted and painted with armor coat and it has new wheel bearings and tires. The boat turns heads every time we put it in at the lake near our house (Skaneateles, NY). Boat is in excellent condition and is beautiful on the water and runs perfect. Please call or e-mail for more details or photos.
